Handling & Delivery charges

When you order items online from Surgical Holdings we will deliver your purchases to the address of your choice. Handling and Delivery is charged at £3.50 per order irrespective of the number or type of items, or FREE of charge if your order totals £200 or more. Most orders are delivered by the UPS courier service.

Delivery Addresses

Whether it is to your home, your workplace or another location, your order can be delivered to any UK address (i.e., addresses with a Royal Mail Postcode). We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or overseas addresses, including the Republic of Ireland and BFPO addresses.

Delivery time

Subject to availability, we aim to despatch order items the following working day from receipt of your order. Most orders should arrive 4-5 days from the date we receive your order. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations, Northern Ireland and other areas outside our courier delivery service will take longer.
