Education is at the heart of everything we do and is the key to our future success. One of our primary business commitments is to help develop the skills, practical craftsmanship, and confidence of young people through structured apprenticeships.

Surgical Holdings UK is a certified supporter of the National Apprenticeship Scheme. We manage a regular apprenticeship program in collaboration with Prospects College of Advanced Technology (PROCAT), where apprentices study all aspects of surgical instrument manufacturing under specialist technician tutelage to earn nationally-recognised qualifications. We have also devised a dedicated NVQ scheme for our Despatch department.
