Customer Returns

If you would like to request the return of your order, please email return-request@surgicalholdings.co.uk detailing your name, hospital/customer name, order number and reason for return. Once we have this information, we will look into your order and issue confirmation that you can return your order, if this is acceptable.

In some circumstances, we may not be able to accept a return, or returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.
