Customers must obtain permission before sending any items back. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or refused.

How to Request a Return

When contacting our returns team, please provide the following information to help us process your request promptly:

  • Invoice number or order number
  • Catalogue number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Product description(s)
  • Reason for the return request

Return Authorisation

Once your request has been reviewed, our team will advise whether the return has been approved and provide return instructions where applicable.

Please do not send products back until you have received confirmation and authorisation from our team.

  • Items must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided following authorisation.
