Our repair process is designed to be simple and transparent. Each endoscope is logged on arrival with full identification details, followed by internal imaging to assess its condition. Optical components are stripped and inspected under the microscope, with damaged parts replaced and original components restored where appropriate.

Every scope is thoroughly tested before return. Customers receive a clear repair quotation for approval, and completed scopes are returned with a detailed technical report and an 18-month guarantee.
