New Rigid Endoscope Repair Workshop
Surgical Holdings are now offering a state of the art rigid endoscope repair service! Our new workshop launched in October and within those four months, we have repaired over 150 endoscopes. Every scope that we receive will be quoted within 48 hours, if a more urgent quote is required we can send one over within 24 hours. Once the scope is repaired it will then be sent back within 7 working days, we can also offer a quicker delivery time for urgent orders.
Our highly skilled technicians use the latest technology for optical repairs, at Surgical Holdings we can take a scope from Stryker and use laser welding to repair the scope back to the manufacturers original specification.
Because we can repair all brands of rigid endoscopes we stock high quality European parts that are compatible with Storz, Wolf, Olympus and Aesculap. All of our parts have full traceability through our ISO 13485 accredited quality system.
We will also assist you in finding the origin of the damage, when a scope is returned you will receive a complete inspection report. This will explain the defects and damages that were found in the scope, if required we can provide professional advice for preventing damage to your scopes and identifying the issue.
