Surgical Holdings: New Starters

How will they help you?

We are expanding here at Surgical Holdings, with three new starters in our dispatch and repairs department.

Our aim is to continuously provide outstanding service and when your order reaches the final department before it is delivered, there is no compromise here. Striving to exceed your expectations with the highest level of attention to detail, the dispatch and packaging department will thoroughly inspect all orders, before confirming that your order is complete and of the standard in which you would like to receive it.

As our expectations are high, we have recruited three new starters with the same aim and outlook, to join our experienced and dedicated team. Each new starter is now a part of the Surgical Holdings family and is on hand to ensure that your order is processed, packaged and dealt with in the most thorough and efficient way.

Meet the new starters:

Paige – Repairs Coordinator

Paige enjoys travelling and trying new foods in the various locations in which she has visited. Being a vegetarian, Paige is very adventurous with the foods she tries and loves to try something new. Paige also likes to walk her dog, Bello, taking him on new adventures. In Paige’s spare time, she likes the thrill of a murder mystery and solving mysteries. Paige’s previous role was extremely busy responding to a vast number of calls and emails per day. This has set Paige up for her new role, as this new role involves a varied yet busy schedule, no two days are the same, learning something new every day. Paige is still learning the processes here at Surgical Holdings, however, is keen to progress and develop her skills within the role.

Shelley – Dispatch Assistant

Shelley is newly engaged, so her time outside of work currently is mostly spent wedding planning and organising her big day, which is scheduled for December 2018. In Shelley’s spare time, she loves to watch horror films, read books and being creative with her beauty products, including experimenting with her nail art. Weather dependent, Shelley also likes to make the most of living in Southend On Sea and being by the seaside doing various activities. Having previously worked as a technician in the Sterile Service Department at Southend Hospital and Wellesley, Shelley has a vast varied skill set to contribute to the new role. Shelley has a varied role of picking and packing orders, laser etching instruments and assisting with repairs.

Juuso – Dispatch Assistant

Juuso is extremely passionate about a variety of sports, including boxing and weightlifting. In his spare time when not playing sports, he enjoys reading and writing creative pieces. Previously, Juuso worked as an e-commerce co-ordinator for a gadget repair company and prior to that, he was a rifleman for the finnsil military. The skills gained from his previous role, lend themselves to his new position as a dispatch assistant, working closely with the repairs team. Juuso’ new role is varied, with no two days being the same, including tasks such as: Laser Etching, Picking and Packaging orders and assisting the repairs team.
